With any organization dedicated to serving people, the one thing that doesn't change is change.

The Dobbins Top Three organization celebrates it leadership change biennially with the presentation of the Top Three Eagle award to its outgoing officers.

The outgoing president, Senior Master Sgt. Larry Lopez, 22nd Air Force communications specialist, and outgoing vice-president, Master Sgt. Jeff Botz, 700th Airlift Squadron loadmaster instructor/flight chief, received their Top Three Eagle awards for their dedicated service for the years 2010 thru 2011.
