The breakfast menu includes: EarlyBird Sandwich - $2.50 (one egg, cheese with choice of bacon or sausage served on biscuit, bagel or English muffin) EarlyBird Chicken Sandwich - $2.95 (one egg, cheese and chicken) Chicken Biscuit - $2.50 Biscuits & Gravy - $2.75 English muffin, bagel or biscuit with butter & jelly - $.75 We are looking for feedback on hours and quality. Bid sheets can be picked up at the Consolidated Club or the Rental Center. Bid sheets will be accepted at the rental center until COB on Feb. 10. Congratulations to Consolidated Club Chefs Dave D'Amour and Mike Medford for placing in the top four in the Air Force Reserve Command Top Chef competition. Both chefs will travel to Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., Feb. 16-19 to compete for AFRC top honors and prizes including a $200 professional chef knife set, raining with two top celebrity chefs, John Besh and Aaron Sanchez and a $5000 grant for the winning Consolidated Club. Thanks to our local taste testers for helping us complete our contest submissions. Basketball league games are 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the fitness center. John Mikula, base exercise physiologist hold the next fitness cell and Fit to Fight testing this Friday, Feb. 10, 8:00 a.m.,10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the base track. Strength & conditioning sessions are held at the base gym. On Saturday, Feb. 11, 8:00 a.m., the Air National Guard will hold fit testing at the base track. Fitness cell and Fit to Fight testing will be held Monday, Feb. 13, 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m, at the base track.
