Customer service closed March 15-16 Published March 9, 2012 94th Force Support Squadron DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The Dobbins Customer Service I.D. Card/DEERS office will be closed March 15-16 for equipment upgrades. DEERS upgrades, pin resets/unblock CAC's, or military order updates will not be performed during that time. SGLI and PCARS updates will be performed, if needed during that time. The Clay National Guard Center Customer Service/ID Card office is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scheduled appointments have priority. The Clay Customer Service office can be reached at (678) 655-6230. Dobbins Customer Service will resume normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on March 19.
