AFRC CC lands at Dobbins Published April 19, 2012 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner, Jr., commander, Air Force Reserve Command, paid Dobbins Air Reserve Base a brief visit in route to the Annual Legal Conference in Atlanta, April 13. Stenner was greeted by Col. Richard L. Kemble, 94th Airlift Wing vice commander and Chief Master Sergeant Wendell L. Peacock, 94th AW command chief. Master Sgt. Elena M. Lund, 94th AW Law Office superintendent, escorted Stenner during his two-day tenure.
