The 94 Airlift Wing Equal Opportunity office recently reported that contacts and complaints for the second quarter are significantly lower this year as compared to last year.

Contacts are down by 64 percent and complaints are down by 83 percent compared to the same quarter last year.

"Because of employee engagement by the EO office, management involvement in reinforcing use of the chain of command, and the cross cultural communication training conducted last year, EO complaints and contacts continue to fall," said Capt. Darrell B. Bogan, director of Equal Opportunity and the alternative dispute resolution manager for Dobbins Air Reserve Base.

EO plans to continue meeting issues head on, encourage all to solve issues at the lowest level possible and encourage participation in outreach programs.
