Demand for fit camp sparks additonal classes Published Dec. 10, 2012 94th Force Support Squadron DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The 94th Airlift Wing Fitness Assessment Cell will be offering additional lunchtime fitness camps for base personnel on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. beginning Jan. 10 at the base running track inside the fitness shelter. The fitness camps are 45-minute strength and conditioning classes geared towards improving functional, physical fitness. The class uses modalities such as running outside, Total Body Resistance Exercise suspension training, functional and strongman exercises. There is now an on-line sign-up for participation. Prior to the start of each month, just find your class on the website and register to attend during the month. For those already attending, please register for the January 2013 class if you'd like to continue participation. Space is limited to 24 participants per class each month.
