DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- President Barack Obama was greeted by Airmen, employees and guests hen he landed at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., Feb. 14.

The president was en-route to the City of Decatur Recreation Center to discuss proposals outlined in his recent state of the union address.
