Col. Tim Tarchick, 94th Airlift Wing commander, recognized three 94th Communications Squadron Department of Defense civilians on March 28 at a wing staff meeting held in the 94th AW headquarters building.

These DOD civilians were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the base.

Bobbie Mitchell, 94th Communications Squadron administrative assistant, was honored as the 2012 Information Dominance Air Force Outstanding Civilian Technician.

David Felix and Ernest "Getting-it-done" Frame were honored by Tarchick with the "Lunch Pail" Award, given to personnel who may not receive a lot of recognition because they primarily operate behind the scenes.

Mitchell, Felix and Frame all received a 94th AW commander's coin for their dedicated service to the Dobbins Air Reserve Base community.
