Dobbins welcomes new 622d commander

Maj. Gen. Wallace W. "Wade" Farris, Jr., 22nd Air Force commander, welcomed Col. Timothy W. Lamb, former 576th Red Horse Squadron commander, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, to the 622d Civil Engineering Group during a Change of Command Ceremony April 7.

Lamb replaces Col. Franklin L. Myers as 622d CEG commander. He will be responsible for organizing, training and equipping over 1,300 Reservists in 10 units coast to coast.
