WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Columbus, Georgia

WHY DID YOU JOIN?

I’m a third generation military member. My father served, my brother served, and I serve, so I just wanted to keep the tradition going.

WHAT DO YOU DO ON THE CIVILIAN SIDE?

I’m a lieutenant firefighter at Columbus Fire Station 9.

FAVORITE AIR FORCE EXPERIENCE?

Deploying to Balad, Iraq. I enjoyed meeting different people from different sections. I also got to meet some of the Tuskeegee airmen, including some colonels and captains. That was pretty cool.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES?

I like riding motorcycles. I’m also a big sports fan. My favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys. I also like to fly drones. I’m FAA certified.

PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL GOALS?

I want to go as far as I can in the Air Force. I hope to make chief master sergeant one day. I want to make chief so I can help Airmen to succeed and grow. I like to mentor people and show them a better way.

BEST ADVICE EVER RECEIVED?

Listen first, speak second. My father taught me that.

SOMETHING NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT YOU?

I’m a tinkerer and I’m big on home improvement projects.
