Loadmaster honored during final flight Published May 25, 2017 By James Branch 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Master Sgt. Steve Belcher, 700th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, was honored for 33 years of military service after his final C-130 flight at Dobbins Air Reserve Base May 25, 2017. His flight performed an airdrop during the Honorary Commanders Association Class of 2017 Annual Dobbins Day. Dating back to World War II, aircrew members have celebrated their last flights in similar fashion. Over the years, it has become an Air Force tradition for flyers.
