The 94th Airlift Wing hosted its annual Dobbins Recognition Ceremony on April 1, 2017 at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.

The ceremony recognizes individuals and units who demonstrate the capability to excel and made significant contributions to their units and the wing throughout the year.

“As a commander one of the greatest privileges I have is recognizing people in our organization,” said Brig. Gen. Steven Parker, 94th Airlift Wing Commander. “I could not be more proud of the Airmen, both military and civilian, we’ve had the opportunity to recognize this evening; our best of the 94th Airlift Wing for 2016 and those just inducted into our top enlisted rank of chief master sergeant.”

There are seven categories in addition to spouse of the year and outstanding units of the year. The ceremony also includes a Chief Induction Ceremony to officially recognize the Wing’s newest chief master sergeants.

“To the men and women of the 94th Airlift Wing, thank you for your dedication to each other and the mission,” said Parker.
