Senior Master Sgt. Daniel Simmons from the 22nd Air Force prepares to enjoy a grilled ear of corn at the annual Corn n' Sausage Roast held at the Lakeside Pavilion at Dobbins ARB July 16. The annual event, coordinated by Ron Durant of the 94th Safety office, serves as a fund raiser for Dobbins families. Besides chowing down on corn and sausage, attendees can bid on items such as hand-made quilts and birdfeeders. Last year, more than $2,100 was raised.
