Dedication ceremony
DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga., -- Medal of Honor recipient, retired Col. George E. "Bud" Day, receives the flag from members of the 94th Airlift Wing Honor Guard during a flag folding ceremony. Colonel Day was a guest speaker during a memorial dedication ceremony comemorating the heroism of Distinguished Flying Cross recipient Maj.
