25th Annual Living Memorial Ceremony

Dobbins Air Reserve Base and the Air Force Sergeants Association/Auxillary will host its 25th Annual Living Memorial Ceremony & World War I POW/MIA Memorial Dedication to honor prisoners of war and those missing in action on Friday, Sept. 25 at 10:00 a.m. at the POW/MIA Memorial Park.
