Flight Nurse Featured in Local Paper

Lt. Col. Teresa C. Ayres, an Air Force Reserve flight nurse with the 514th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron in the cargo hold of a C-130H2 here, Dec. 14. In civilian life Colonel Ayres is a nurse in the Vascular Institute at WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta and travels to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. for her reserve duty. The Marietta Daily Journal ran an extensive Christmas day front-page story about her service to the community and over 21 years to the nation. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Brad Fallin)
