Chief Master Sgt. Mozette D. Timmons is the Command Chief for 94th Airlift Wing at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. She is the principle advisor to the commander and staff on matters concerning the effective utilization, training, professional development, and combat readiness for nearly 2,000 Airmen. Chief Timmons provides essential support to more than 12,000 tenant personnel and 13 tenant and partner units, including 22nd Air Force, Air Force Plant 6, Lockheed Martin, Georgia Army and Air National Guard, and Army, Navy and Marine Corps Reserve units. She also leads and serves as the functional manager and advisor to 13 first sergeants across the installation.
Chief Timmons entered the Air Force in March 1992, and graduated from the Hydraulic Systems maintenance course at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, in July 1992. Chief Timmons has held many positions executing flight line and back shop operations to include Special Operations Crew Chief, Shift Supervisor, Expeditor, Hydraulic Flight Chief, Specialist Flight Chief and Maintenance Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader. Her assignments include bases in Texas, Germany, New Jersey and Maryland. Under Chief Timmons’ visionary guidance, the first-ever Weapons System Council for the KC-135 was successfully implemented; she orchestrated productive sessions, collaborated with 95 units, and generated several innovative solutions, optimizing the aircraft's performance and elevating mission effectiveness. Prior to her arrival at the 94th AW, Chief Master Sgt. Timmons served as the Command Chief for the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y..
Chief Timmons has deployed numerous times to bases in Germany, Oman, Iraq, Spain and the United Arab Emirates in support of Operations Allied Force, Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Freedom's Sentinel and Allies Welcome.
