Aeromedical Evacuation
An aeromedical evacuation and critical care air transport team consisting of Airmen from the 375th AE Squadron, 18th AE Squadron, 673rd Medical Group, 36th Medical Group and 124th Medical Group, load a priority care patient onto a C-17 Globemaster III at Kadena Air Base, Japan, May 17, 2018.
