Contacts & complaints are falling for EO Office in 2012

“Because of employee engagement by the Equal Opportunity office, management involvement in reinforcing use of the chain of command, and the cross cultural communication training conducted last year, EO complaints and contacts continue to fall,” said Capt. Darrell B. Bogan, director of Equal Opportunity and the alternative dispute resolution manager for Dobbins Air Reserve Base. EO plans to continue meeting issues head on, encourage all to solve issues at the lowest level possible and encourage participation in outreach programs.
