DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The case lot sale returns to Dobbins with truck loads of merchandise from the Fort Gillem commissary. The location will again be Hangar 5 on the Navy side of the base. The hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
