Chief of Space Command visits Dobbins
General Jay Raymond, Chief of Space Operations, U.S. Space Force and Commander, U.S. Space Command arrived at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Feb. 23, 2020. Upon arrival Gen. Raymond was greeted by Col.
