Members attend HRDC conference

Major Gen. (ret) Joseph McNeil receives a token of appreciation from Col. Jon Andre, vice commander, 22nd Air Force, for his dedication to the Air Force Reserve Human Resource Development Council at McGuire AFB for a conference Nov. 21.
General McNeil was one of the first servicemembers appointed to initiate a HRDC in the Air Force Reserve and over saw many of the developments that set the foundation for the program's success.
