CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT VICKI L. ROBERTSON

Chief Master Sergeant Vicki L. Robertson is the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 94th Airlift Wing, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.  In this capacity, she advises the commander on all matters relating to readiness, training, professional development, force utilization, operations tempo, health, morale, welfare and leadership of the enlisted members of the wing, which contains more than 2,000 Air Force Reserve and civilian personnel. She ensures personnel compliance with Air Force policies optimizing a mission-deployable force. She performs as the functional manager to the first sergeants within the wing and serves as the commander’s representative on councils, boards and selected events within the military and civilian communities.

 

Chief Robertson first joined the U.S. Air Force in April 1990. After completing Technical Training at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi in August 1990, she was stationed at Zweibrucken Air Force Base, Germany as an Aerospace Control Operator assigned to the 601st Tactical Control Squadron.  In November 1992, Chief Robertson transferred to the U.S. Army Reserve as a personnelist with the 1st Battalion in Guymon, Oklahoma.  She later returned to the Air Force as a traditional Reservist in January 1995, serving as personnel specialist with the 302nd Mission Support Squadron at Peterson AFB, Colorado.  Since joining the Air Force Reserves, Chief Robertson’s diverse background includes assignments as an administrative specialist, paralegal specialist, Law Office Superintendent, services craftsman and as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee with HQ, Pacific Air Forces.

 

Prior to assuming her current position, she served as Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 302nd Airlift Wing, Peterson AFB, Colorado.
