Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States Nov. 22 at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. Brig. Gen. George H. Wilson, Dobbins Air Force Base commander, ordered a tree be planted on base in memory of the President on Dec. 7, 1963.
