Seeking a different workout from the norm, Dobbins members participated in a free cardio kickboxing class at the base gym from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., Sept.10. The fast-passed fitness class combined elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics, providing overall physical conditioning and toning.
