The Air force Reserve Command launched a mobile application on Tuesday, October 30 to encourage people to strive for wellness in their busy lives. The Wingman Toolkit mobile app is available for iPhone and Android and provides some of the resources needed to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle and avoid crises. 10/30/2012 - ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The Air Force Reserve Command launched a mobile application on Tuesday, October 30 to encourage people to strive for wellness in their busy lives.
The Wingman Toolkit mobile app is available for iPhone and Android, and provides some of the resources needed to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle and avoid crises.
The app includes:
· A simple breakdown of the Four Pillars of Comprehensive Airman Fitness to help you and others improve physically, mentally, spiritually and socially
· Quick access to the 24/7 Suicide Prevention Lifeline
· A handy working level to help you with real life projects, and serve as a visual reminder to maintain a balanced lifestyle
