STARBASE summer youth program participants arrive at the air traffic control tower at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia July 10, 2018 to discuss air traffic issues with tower personnel and discover the many challenges weather can create during aircraft operation. STARBASE, a Department of Defense youth program, aims to motivate students to explore Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, and encourages the youth to set goals and achieve them.
