Maj. Gen. Maryanne Miller, from Deputy to the Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, DC, and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins AFB, Georgia.

Maj. Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach, from Director, Operations, J-3, Headquarters United States Central Command, MacDill AFB, Florida, to Commander, Alaskan Command, United States Northern Command and Commander, Eleventh Air Force, Pacific Air Forces and Commander, Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Region, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
