Civilian Personnel Office named best in the command, five years running

Air Force Reserve Command announced the winners of the 2015 Installation/Program awards, April 2016.

The 94th Force Support Squadron Civilian Personnel Office was named Civilian Personnel Program of the Year, marking the fifth consecutive year the office has won the award.

“They are people that truly care about every person on this base, not just the 94th Airlift Wing; that’s what makes them exceptional,” said Col. Marty Hughes, 94th Mission Support Group commander. “They also possess a knowledge base that exceeds any other civilian personnel staff I’ve ever worked with.”

All 2015 Installation/Program award winners include:

- Maj. Gen. Eugene L. Eubank Award (Small Installation): 919th SOFSS, AFRC, Eglin AFB Florida.

- A1 Special Recognition Team/Program of the Year: HQ RIO/DET 2, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Hawaii

- Airman and Family Readiness Program of the Year: 934th FSS, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport ARS MN

- Civilian Personnel Program of the Year: 94th FSS, Dobbins ARB Georgia

- General Benjamin Oliver Davis Jr. Management Engineering Award: HQ AFRC Management Engineering Team (MET), Robins AFB GA

- Fitness and Sports Program of the Year: 934th FSS, Minneapolis-Saint Paul IAP ARS MN

- Gerrit D. Foster, Jr. Outstanding Military Personnel Program: 419th FSS, Hill AFB UT

- Nathan Altschuler Outstanding Education and Training Program: 466th FSS, JB Lewis-McChord WA

- Colonel L. Joseph Brown Equal Opportunity Program Award: 349th AMW, Travis AFB CA
