Civilian Personnel Office named best in the command, five years running Published May 3, 2016 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force Reserve Command announced the winners of the 2015 Installation/Program awards, April 2016. The 94th Force Support Squadron Civilian Personnel Office was named Civilian Personnel Program of the Year, marking the fifth consecutive year the office has won the award. “They are people that truly care about every person on this base, not just the 94th Airlift Wing; that’s what makes them exceptional,” said Col.
