Airmen took it upon themselves to aim high as they participated in a basketball shootout contest to commemorate the newly reopened fitness center on base.

The contest stretched from April 30 to May 1 and was open to all service members.

The 94th Force Support Squadron organized the event to feature a three-point contest with three separate shooting racks totaling 12 shot attempts, while the free throw portion was a best out of 10 opportunity.

Participation for the event ranged from Airmen all the way up to the base commander.

Winners are slated to be announced and presented with trophies on June 5.
