Major Jarius Wallace, 622nd Training Squadron Commander, leads the opening of the Juneteenth fellowship event discussing the history of the Jonesville Cemetery on June 5, 2021, at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. The cemetery was part of the city of Jonesville, which occupied the land before the construction of Dobbins.
