Chief Master Sergeant NATALIE L. GRAY

Chief Master Sgt. Natalie L. Gray is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 94th Airlift Wing, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. She is the principle advisor to the commander and staff on matters concerning the effective utilization, training, professional development, and combat readiness for nearly 2,000 Airmen. Chief Gray provides essential support to more than 12,000 tenant personnel and 13 tenant and partner units, including 22nd Air Force, Air Force Plant 6, Lockheed Martin, Georgia Army and Air National Guard, and Army, Navy and Marine Corps Reserve units. She also leads and serves as the functional manager and advisor to 13 first sergeants across the installation.

Chief Master Sgt. Gray entered active duty in May 1990 as a Wideband Communications Equipment Journeyman. After a break in service, she re-entered active duty and retrained into the Religious Affairs career field. In 2004, she transitioned to the Air Force Reserve program. Since then, CMSgt Gray performed numerous manpower and reserve personnel assistance tours at various locations across the Air Force. Additionally, she has deployed in support of several contingency operations which include ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE. Before assuming her current assignment, she served as the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Headquarter Readiness and Integration Organization, Buckley Space Force Base, Colo.
